Dear simpleton,
Your smug little commentary
on right-wing media (Reason, 4/02) ignores the
amazing existence of this alternative to the left-wing monolith I've endured
my entire life.
It's fine to suggest Fox News is just like CBS only different, but the birth
of this new source of news/commentary is extraordinary. These days, I can
switch from Peter Jennings to Tony Snow, Rush Limbaugh to (sanctimonious)
NPR, or from Chris Matthew's to Bill O'Reilly. It's the CHOICE that's the
difference. Wake up.
